Using a role based or generic account such as 'info@' or 'sales@' could pose a security risk if multiple users have access to the same account and it is for this reason and the security of your data that we do not accept generic email addresses.

Unlike an individual users e-mail address, which can be changed or removed if the user leaves the company, generic accounts can remain unchanged and could, potentially, be accessed by an ex-employee.

Maintaining your Samson information is vital to ensuring prompt payment and placing a single user in charge ensures that your Samson profile will be kept up-to-date, and that actions, such as updating important documents e.g insurances, will remain the responsibility of one individual.
